Our organization is supported by nearly 1,600 members. Your support helps ensure that we can: maintain our facility, care for our sanctuary, continue to provide quality environmental programs, and educate those who must preserve these resources for future generations.

Volunteers are the Backbone of Our Organization

You can help us continue our mission by providing volunteer support. The Nature Center welcomes new volunteers who are willing to help with reception and gift shop duties, animal care, trail maintenance, mailings and special events. Call to learn how you can get involved.

Other Ways You Can Help

Grants, memberships, store profits and admission comprise only a part of the Nature Center’s annual revenue. Each year we receive cash and non-cash donations from a number of individuals and companies. You can provide future-oriented support through planned gifts, such as bequests, gift annuities, or charitable remainder trusts. DPNC also benefits from memorial donations, employee matching gift programs and donations of common stock, real estate or life insurance.
