DPNC Program Cancellation Policy: Pre-registration allows the Nature Center to secure staffing and materials for programs, so that we may best serve you. We require pre-registration and pre-payment for most programs in order to reserve a space. If DPNC cancels a program, you will receive a full refund. If you withdraw from a program more than 4 days in advance, you will receive a refund less a 25% administrative fee. Withdrawals within 4 days of a program are not refundable. Preregistration for all programs is always recommended. Walk-ins should be prepared to pay by check or with exact change for programs at Coogan Farm, off-site, or after hours, and may be turned away if program is full.

A Lovin’ Spoonful’s Emily Steadman will lead you on a culinary adventure in the kitchen! Starting with regions of the United States, explore the history of American cuisine and sample recipes that have become regional favorites! Students will be involved in cooking and tasting each recipe, and will mark their progress in their very own Kids Culinary Tour Passport. Students will sample what we cook together at the farm, no need to bring a lunch!
