young child gathering eggs in the woods at the Nature CenterSpring is coming, and so is the Woodland Egg Hunt, on Friday, March 29!

Children stroll the trails of the Nature Center in search of eggs and trade in their found eggs for wooden ones. Then they’ll spend time at the Nature Creation Stations to decorate their eggs in their own unique way.

Along with the egg adventure, meet rabbits, birds, turtles and other egg-laying animals as you explore the Nature Center. Please bring your own basket to collect eggs. Participants are limited to four wooden eggs each. Woodland Egg Hunt is held primarily outdoors, please dress for the weather.

Timed entry slots begin at 10:30 am and end at 2 pm; advance registration is required. Registration is capped per time slot and you must attend the time slot you reserve to ensure plentiful egg hunting for all! This event is suited for families with children up to 10 years old, egg collecting is for children only.

Children: $12 (up to age 10) – Adults $5

Timed entry at 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 1 pm & 2 pm
