Public Programs

Sharing our knowledge of the natural world is essential to the mission of DPNC and is reflected in the wide array of programming we offer. Our experienced environmental educators lead hikes, birding walks, children’s programming, adult lectures and much more on the nature of southeastern Connecticut.

As the seasons change, so do our offerings. Each month, look for new opportunities to experience nature from guided hikes, exploring vernal pools and local trails, to winter tree and track identification and birding.

We believe nature should be available and accessible for all! If you need financial assistance for any program, please contact Education Director Kim Hargrave at [email protected] or call directly at 860-572-6800 to discuss your needs.
