The Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center is offering a full week of programs for children ages 4-14, April 13-17 at the Nature Center, 109 Pequotsepos Road, Mystic.
Each morning class (9 a.m., to 1 p.m., please bring a lunch) offers a different topic, ranging from ooze to gardening to frogs. The cost is $29.75 member/day and $35 non-member/day. Each afternoon is Outdoor Adventures from 1-4 p.m., offering exploring, playing games, fort building, campfire and roasting marshmallows. The cost is $21.25 member/day / $25 non-member/day.

Ooze!, Monday, April 13
Learn all about how slugs, salamanders, worms, and toads use slime to help them move and protect themselves. Explore the wetlands and forests at the Nature Center to search for some slimy critters, then try your hand at whipping up your own batch of slime to bring home!
