What a fun week we had at Nature Camp, with all kinds of exploring and learning going on! Here are our Ducklings, our youngest campers, who spent the week getting tired and dirty as they made their way around the Nature Center, learning all kinds of cool things.

These photos are from Slime Day, when the campers learned about frogs and fish, among other things. They got to hold a green frog and a gray tree frog, and then they took some poles and caught a blue gill and a sunfish. And then, of course, released them!

Ducklings is a half-day camp for 3-year-olds. Our counselors are experienced early childhood educators, and they teach our campers about plants and animals through activities, meeting live animals, stories, songs, games and lots of time hiking our trails.

Ducklings’ next sessions are July 21 and Aug. 4.

Check out the rest of our camps, our weekly sessions run through Aug. 18!
