There’s a great new program at the Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center!
The Science Club will meet once a week to explore, investigate, and study the natural world around the center. Our environmental educators will encourage a sense of wonder and support investigative learning. Sessions are six weeks, choose either Wednesday or Thursday.
Participants will conduct science experiments, learn the natural history of local plants and animals, and record their observations and field studies.
The Science Club will explore many disciplines of study: Herpetology (amphibians and reptiles), Ornithology (birds), Botany (plants), Geology (earth & fossils), and more!
End the school day with active, fun, hands-on learning!
